In order to simplify our $6.00/bag or $0.12/lb rebates in 2026 all you need to do is complete the form below to automatically receive your rebates after the promotional period ends.

Rebates are only provided on qualifying purchases through an approved distributor.

To be eligible for a rebate, your business must have purchased a minimum of 2,000 lbs of ClariFly .67% between January 1 and June 30, 2026.

You should expect to receive your rebate check to the address specified in your submission in August of 2026.
